Fees

Our fee structure is straightforward and easy to understand.

Initial Consultation and Treatment: £55
(Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour.)

Further Treatment Sessions: £45
( Allow 30 minutes)

Fees can be paid for by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. (We don’t accept AMEX)

If we feel that additional tests would be beneficial these may incur additional costs. We will always fully discuss them with you before we refer you.

Late Cancellations

Appointments are booked on the understanding that when we schedule your appointment, we are booking the surgery and Osteopaths time out for that treatment. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. It is down to the Osteopaths discretion as to whether a late cancellation fee or did not attend (DNA) fee will be charged, or whether further bookings will be allowed.

Private Health Schemes

Most private health schemes recognise Osteopathy.

Please check your policy carefully to confirm that you are covered for treatment, if so, you may need a referral from your GP/Consultant before attending. If you have insurance, please ring your provider before you start treatment and bring your membership and authorisation numbers with you to the first appointment. In most cases we will then be able to invoice your insurance provider directly. With some insurance companies, such as VITALITY, PAYCARE, BHSF, we will give you a written receipt for payment allowing you to claim back the treatment fee yourself.
We unfortunately don’t treat BUPA policy holders due to the limited fee structure they operate.
